HDPE V-Lock Anchor Sheet, also known as multi-point anchor plate, concrete protective liner, is integrally extruded from virgin HDPE resin with dense V-shaped anchor studs on the reverse side. Pre-fixed on formwork before concrete pouring, the embedded anchor keys form rigid mechanical interlock with concrete matrix, realizing permanent integration without delamination, peeling or sliding. It combines impermeability, anti-corrosion and crack-bridging functions, widely adopted in wastewater tanks, chemical containment, subway tunnels, landfills and underground pipe galleries all over the world.

Construction Guidelines

  • Mount the smooth flat side against formwork, anchor studs face concrete pouring side to ensure full embedding.
  • Overlap adjacent sheets ≥10cm, adopt hot wedge double weld seam for complete impermeability; conduct vacuum leak test after welding.
  • Avoid sharp steel bars and coarse aggregate direct impact during pouring to prevent sheet puncture damage.
  • Vertical slope installation needs temporary fasteners to prevent sliding before concrete solidification.
  • Outdoor exposed lining must choose UV-stabilized black HDPE; light-colored non-UV grades only for fully underground enclosed structures.
