PVC Waterproofing Membrane (Polyvinyl Chloride Waterproof Sheet) is a high-performance thermoplastic single-ply waterproof material extruded with PVC resin, plasticizers, UV stabilizers, anti-oxidants and special additives. It is divided into homogeneous type, fiber-backed type, polyester fabric reinforced type and glass fiber reinforced type. With excellent hot-air weldability, root penetration resistance, chemical resistance and weather stability, it forms a seamless integral waterproof system after hot welding, widely used for industrial roofing, underground tunnel, basement, planting roof, sewage tank and landscape pool projects globally. Core Product Features Our PVC waterproof membrane adopts imported environmentally friendly stabilizers, fully compliant with GB 12952-2011, ASTM D4434 and EN 13956 standards. Key advantages as below: Seamless Hot-Air Welding Performance Perfect thermal fusion property, adjacent sheets can be fused by hot-air welder to form integrated waterproof layer; weld strength reaches over 75% of base material tensile strength, no leakage risk at joints. Weldable even after long-term outdoor aging, convenient for later maintenance and repair. Outstanding UV & Weather Aging Resistance White reflective top surface reflects sunlight heat, effectively reducing building roof heat load. Special anti-UV formula enables exposed service life over 25 years; underground covered projects can last more than 50 years without cracking or powdering. Root Penetration Resistant for Green Roof Special anti-root formula can resist plant root piercing, the ideal waterproof material for roof garden, vertical greening and landscape planting layers, combining waterproofing and root barrier in one layer. Control welding temperature at 400–550℃, adopt double-track hot weld seam; conduct vacuum leak detection after welding to inspect joint sealing. For vertical wall and detail nodes (corners, pipe roots), use special PVC accessories to make arc transition, enhance waterproof reliability. Mechanical fixing system: fix membrane edge with stainless steel pressure strips and screws, spacing 300–500mm to prevent wind uplift for exposed roof.
