Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat (GCCM) / Cement Blanket / Concrete Canvas

Cement Blanket – Roll-Up Flexible Concrete Liner for Slope, Canal & Emergency Engineering

Cement Blanket, also professionally named Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat (GCCM) or Concrete Canvas, is a revolutionary three-layer composite geosynthetic material. It integrates high-strength fiber geotextile skeleton, special dry cement mix and impermeable HDPE backing film. Soft and rollable before hydration, it rapidly hardens into a solid, waterproof, anti-erosion concrete layer after watering, without concrete mixing, formwork or heavy construction machinery. Widely applied in water conservancy, slope protection, mining, agriculture and emergency flood control projects globally.

Core Product Features

Our cement blanket adopts anti-freeze, anti-sulfate cement formula and UV-stabilized fiber fabric, fully compliant with ASTM D8364 international GCCM standard and domestic geotechnical specifications. Key advantages:
  1. Ultra-Fast Construction, 10x Higher Efficiency Than Cast-In-Place Concrete Simply unroll, fix and spray water to activate hydration. A 3-person team can lay over 200㎡ per hour; no concrete mixer, pump or formwork required. Construction period reduced by 70%, labor and mechanical cost cut drastically.
  1. Flexible Laying, Perfect Fit for Complex Terrain Soft textile structure can bend, cut and nail freely, closely fit curved slopes, irregular trenches, culverts and pond edges without cracking during laying. After curing, fiber reinforcement effectively inhibits shrinkage cracks caused by foundation settlement.
  1. Integrated Waterproof & Anti-Erosion Performance Bottom HDPE impermeable backing forms fully sealed lining, permeability coefficient <1×10⁻⁷ cm/s. Cured concrete layer resists high-speed water flow, rain wash and wave erosion; suppresses weed growth permanently without maintenance.
  1. Wide Climate & Chemical Adaptability Works stably at -30℃ ~ +60℃, withstands 200+ freeze-thaw cycles. Resist acid, alkali, salt, sewage and seawater corrosion, suitable for saline soil, mining leachate and coastal projects. Class A fireproof, no combustion drip.
  1. Low Carbon & Cost-Effective, Long Service Life Consumes only 10% raw material of traditional concrete, lower carbon emission. Service life reaches 20–30 years under buried or covered conditions, 15+ years for open-air slopes; zero daily maintenance after installation.
  1. Lightweight & Easy Transportation & Storage Supplied in compact roll form, far lighter than precast concrete slabs. Convenient for remote mountain, mine and emergency disaster relief transport; sealed rolls can be stored for 2 years without cement failure.

Geomembranes

Anchor Plate

HDPE geomembrane anchor plate is structural anti-seepage sheet extruded from virgin high-density polyethylene. Uniform anchor studs on surface lock firmly with cast concrete to fix geomembrane liner, preventing lining bulging, peeling and delamination. Excellent acid & alkali corrosion resistance, high tensile strength,. Widely used in landfill, chemical wastewater tank, tailing pond, tunnel and reservoir anti-seepage projects. Custom roll width, sheet thickness and stud height available.
